Betty Loudermilk Quarles

Seneca, SC — Betty Loudermilk Quarles, 83, wife of Robert Wesley Quarles, of 100 Meadowbrook Drive, Seneca, passed away, Monday, May 25, 2020, at Cottingham Hospice House.

 

A native of Walhalla, SC, Mrs. Quarles was the daughter of the late Lewis Monroe and Ruby Estelle Smith Loudermilk. She retired from West Point Stevens as a Supervisor. Mrs. Quarles was an Order of the Eastern Star and a member of Grace Baptist Church.

 

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Quarles is survived by her daughter: Vickie Chapman (Michael) of Florence; son: Don Taylor (Pam) of Seneca; step-son: Tommy Quarles of Virginia; step-daughter: Kathie Herring (David) of Fair Play; sisters: Frances Burrell of Seneca and Vivian Mize (Lonnie) of Easley; grandchildren: Jennifer Dehner (Stephen), Joanna Flowers (Bart) and Joshua Taylor (Brianna); and five great-grandchildren.

 

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Quarles was preceded in death by her infant son: John William Taylor; and infant brother: Ray Loudermilk.

 

All services will be private.
