Westminster – Barbara Ann Carroll, 84, of 201 West Abby Street, passed away Thursday, February 20, 2020 at Stephens County Hospital. A funeral service will be held 2 pm, Sunday, February 23rd at the Chapel of Sandifer Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 pm, prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in First Baptist Memorial Park. The family will be at their respective homes. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Faith Baptist Church, PO Box 296, Westminster, SC 29693.
