Seneca man charged with stealing car

The police in Seneca have arrested and charged a 34-year old man with stealing a car.  A 2013 BMW was stolen during the early morning hours August 11 outside a Ramcat Alley nightspot.  According to law enforcement records, the man arrested–Matthew James Gilbert–lives in an apartment a few blocks away.
