$550k settles lawsuit versus Prisma Health

Tenth Circuit Judge Scott Sprouse of Walhalla has approved the settlement of a lawsuit alleging medical malpractice and wrongful death against Prisma Health Upstate.  Sprouse was told this morning the parties agreed to a settlement of $550 thousand for plaintiff Bobbi Oxford.  The judge heard brief remarks about the case that involved the death in 2022 of Oxford’s five-year-old son.  […]
