A windy night followed a day of rain, and that wind has created some problems across Oconee County. County Dispatch in Walhalla received 10 calls about fallen trees, a couple of those trees caught electric power lines. Duke Energy reported a temporary outage for homeowners in the vicinity of the Keowee Sail Club on S.C. 130 near Seneca.
