Seneca man arrested on drug conspiracy charge

Oconee Sheriff’s Office arrested a Seneca man late Sunday afternoon on the charge of drug conspiracy. Howard Eugene Johnson, 47 years old, of Sirrine Street, was booked into the Oconee Detention Center.
