As a top tech college, Tri-County eligible for million dollar prize

Tri-County Technical College is eligible to compete for a $1 million Aspen Prize for Community College Excellence.  Tech is among 200 colleges selected by the Aspen Institute based on student outcomes, including bachelor’s attainment rates.  The colleges allowed to compete are in urban, rural, and suburban areas across the country and serve anywhere from a few hundred students to tens of thousands. The naming of the Aspen Prize winner will be made in spring 2027.
