Arrest made for littering at Walhalla business
The police in Walhalla provided details today of the arrest of a man late last week in a case of litter at the premises of a W. Main Street laundromat. Law enforcement records show the charge of littering — 15 pounds or 27 cubic feet 1st/2nd offense—against Coffee Road resident Bradley Wayne Hockenberry. A police officer said he viewed CCTV video footage and pictures from the Tiger Wash to identify the suspect, 37-year old Hockenberry. The investigation revealed that on April 18 a male went through trash cans in and outside the laundromat, littered but failed to clean up the litter.
