Two requests to vary from Seneca’s zoning ordinance are to be heard tonight at City Hall. Beginning at 6 o’clock the board of zoning appeals conducts hearings on David Mead’s application for a requested zoning change at 305 Waterford Drive. The second hearing will take up Benjamin Poole’s request for a change at 106 Pleasant Drive.
