A St. Augustine, Florida resident goes before Seneca Planning Commission next week to allow part of his By-Pass 123/Lake Keowee property to be used for residential town homes. The planning commissioners will convene a public hearing on the Gary Phillips’ request at 6 Monday night at City Hall. Tamy Sanford, city planner, says Phillips requests a multi-family zone for 1.81 acres of his property, on which he’d like to build 17 attached town homes. By a few clicks on the computer to access Seneca’s website, you can learn other information about the request. The property has seen its zoning change over the years.
