Three items of business headline the agenda for a work session tonight at Seneca City Hall. At 6 o’clock, the mayor and council will address banners for Dr. Martin Luther King Way, a re-imbursement ordinance for charging stations, and annexations at Wells Highway and Return Church Road. Council’s regular January meeting will be Tuesday.
