A water disruption is planned next week by Westminster affecting a section of the city along Doyle Street. Beginning at 11 a.m. Thursday, September 6, water will be turned off at the intersection of Doyle and Simpson streets for about six hours. City crews and contract workers plan to connect a new line for the city’s northern loop.
