The police in Westminster placed a young man in investigative detention as they responded on Friday to at least three car-breaks on Gaston Circle. The police report that items stolen in the break-ins included a camera, a GPS device, coins, a flashlight, a pocket knife, and a pack of cigarettes. Some of the stolen items have been recovered.
