Parts of Seneca are affected this afternoon by a water service outage. Crews are replacing an old cast iron line at Miracle Circle and that, according to utilities superintendent Bob Faires, means no service for some customers in the vicinity of Miracle Circle and along E. N. 1st Street to the area of Rochester Street. Faires estimates it’ll be late afternoon before service is restored.
