Walhalla native Kimberly Blackwell has joined First Citizens as vice-president and relationship manager at the bank branch in Clemson. Blackwell holds a bachelor’s degree from Clemson University and a master’s degree from Southern Wesleyan University. She is also a graduate of the South Carolina Bankers School.
