Governor Nikki Haley recognizes September as Voter Education Month in South Carolina. And the state election commission encourages South Carolina’s 600 thousand eligible voters to register by October 6. October 6 is important for it is the last day for those who are not registered to qualify and be eligible to vote in the November General Election.
