This morning’s booking report from the Oconee jail runs eight pages, replete with the names of those suspects so far caught up in the county’s latest drug sweep. By 5 yesterday afternoon, the sheriff’s office served 41 warrants on 23 suspects for multiple charges. Those charges include the distribution of methamphetamines, marijuana, prescription drugs, crack cocaine, and cocaine. According to Chief Deputy Terry Wilson, “These arrests were made without incident and we will continue our efforts to apprehend the remaining suspects…”
