A 29-year old Oconeean has been arrested by the Sheriff’s Department and charged with the theft of an ATV last week at a summer home on Lake Hartwell. Arrest records show the man arrested, Edward McCellan Sanders of Forest Drive, Seneca, was charged with grand larceny and booked late last night at the Oconee Detention Center. Sheriff’s officers last week began investigating the theft of a 1999 Honda Ricon ATV from a home on Coneross Point Drive, a theft discovered by the home owner, a Spartanburg resident.
