A Seneca man, while having lunch Sunday afternoon on Ramcat Alley, became a crime victim when his parked truck was stolen. That truck later was discovered wrecked near Clemson, and the driver ran away. The police say the keys were left in the vehicle when stolen. At the time, the truck was parked on the as a 1997 GMC Z-71, parked on the W. Railroad Street side of Ramcat Alley. The Seneca police were notified by their counterparts in Clemson that the GMC was found wrecked on highway 93 at Seneca Creek and that a white male wearing a camo jacket and possibly a beard was seen running toward Hart’s Cove apartments in Oconee County.
