State police arrested CU employee from Seneca

A Clemson University employee has been arrested and charged by the state police with breach of fraudulent intent. According to the arrest warrant affidavit, Seneca resident Lenora Odell was entrusted with monies belonging to Clemson University and converted the funds to her own use. “The amount of purchases made by Ms. Odell and converted to her personal use during her employment with Clemson University totaled approximately $5,843.00….” If convicted of the felony crime, Odell could face a fine at the court’s discretion or up to 15 years in prison.
