Seneca resident Ernest Riley will call to order a meeting tomorrow in Greenville of the board of directors of the Appalachian Council of Governments. The policymakers for the regional government service organization are to hear a banker make an economic forecast covering the state and the Appalachian region. A-COG planning director Chip Bentley is to report on the federal transportation funding bill for 2013-14. The board also hears an update on a plan for projects eligible for grant funds.
