Applicants Kenneth and Annette Rochester and Gregory and Lindsey Coutu have their desired certificates of appropriateness to make changes. For the Rochesters, it’s their business at 103 E-N 1st Street. For the Coutus, it’s their home at 303 S. Townville. City planner Tamy Sanford said the Board of Architectural Review approved the certificates during last night’s meeting at City Hall.
