Map changes and outdoor displays are matters for which Seneca Planning Commission focused attention during its meeting last night at City Hall. Tammy Sanford, city planner, describes the need to catch up with recently-approved zoning changes to ensure that the city’s zoning map is up to date. And by outdoor displays, Sanford says, the commission feels the need to study what should be allowed and what should not be allowed.
