At its regular August meeting tomorrow, Seneca City Council is scheduled to consider first reading of an ordinance to organize the Seneca Facilities Corporation and approve the sale of property to the corporation. The council is also scheduled to act on a new contract for bus service and give final reading to ordinances zoning and annexing the S.C. Employment Security offices on Radio Station Road. Council meets at 6 tomorrow night at City Hall.
