Oconee County has set road paving priorities in 2013. Mack Kelley, director of county public works, says once the warmer season arrives and the required permits are obtained, county crews will asphalt gravel roads at E. Capewood and Dobson Cove inside a Friendship community subdivision and Links Drive and R-C Drive off S.C. 59. Kelley says county crews plan also to resume patching work on the Flat Shoals Road near Salem.
