Jim Juras and Suzette Cross think art work in Seneca’s downtown could enhance all of the brick and the concrete. They floated the idea during a council meeting last week. Their presentation was accepted as information. First, Juras has his eyes set on the Kimbrell warehouse building on N. 1st Street. But, he says, he must first ask for and receive permission from Kimbrell’s before planning any murals for the large windows facing N. 1st.
