Congratulations are in order for Walhalla’s Heather Jankowy. On Wednesday, Heather signed a National Letter of Intent to play basketball at Anderson Univeristy.
DE Kendal Vickers (6-3 245) of Havelock, NC announced a commitment via Twitter Wednesday night to play football at South Carolina. He will enroll next fall at Fork Union Prep in Virginia and then South Carolina in January 2014. He tallied 8 sacks this season.
The early signing period is underway as of Wednesday. Clemson coach Brad Brownell got ink from 6-6 Austin Ajukwa of Cardinal Newman and 6-3 Patrick Rooks of Charlotte. South Carolina’s Frank Martin is counting on signatures from 6-4 Justin McKie of Irmo, 6-4 Sendarius Thornwell of Lancaster, and 6-9 Desmond Ringer of McDonough, GA.
