A public information meeting on the problem of domestic violence takes place at 6 tonight at the United Way Center in downtown Seneca. The United Way and Safe Harbor will be joined by law enforcement representatives to explain how to identify the crime, where to go for help, and how you can help someone who is a victim. A report will be made on the project to open a safe shelter in Oconee.
