U-S Forest Service has announced a prescribed burn today of 225 acres at Long Creek. The burn is to take place near the F-A-A tower on Pine Mountain Road, between Black Mountain and Unity Church roads. A USFS spokesman says wind conditions are likely to blow smoke easterly, taking it south of both Westminster and Seneca.
