Nearly 12,500 South Carolinians are victims of yet another on-line security break.  The SC Department of Insurance has been notified by Nationwide Insurance  that a portion of Nationwide’s computer network was criminally intruded upon by an unidentified perpetrator. Escaped prisoner captured

The Pickens County Sheriff’s Department has announced that one of two escaped prisoners is back in custody today. Detention Center inmate Jonathan Dean Moody was apprehend around noon today in a wooded area, just north of U-S 178, less than one mile from the detention center. A second inmate, Rickylee Smith, remained at large.
