Louisville Upsets Florida 33-23 in Sugar Bowl

Louisville upset Florida 33-23 in the Allstate Sugar Bowl Wednesday night, as the Number 22 Cardinals stunned the fourth-ranked Gators at the Superdome in New Orleans. Louisville struck early, as Terell Floyd returned an interception 38 yards for a touchdown on the first play. Cardinals quarterback Teddy Bridgewater was 20 of 32 for 266 yards with two touchdown passes, while Gators QB Jeff Driskel went 16 of 29 for 175 yards and turned the ball over three times, twice on interceptions and once on a fumble.

The Tostitos Fiesta Bowl is being played Thursday night between Oregon and Kansas State, the AT&T Cotton Bowl Friday between Texas A&M and Oklahoma, and the Discover BCS Championship game on Monday between Notre Dame and Alabama.
