The judge in Oconee General Sessions Court has sent the jury home for the night, with instructions to return in the morning and a second day of deliberations. Jurors late this afternoon sent out a paper containing four questions which they would like answered, as they decide the fate of Dan Lavert Temple. The 41-year old Temple did not testify in his defense against two drug charges.
