Seneca – Judy Rue Paxton Garst, 71, wife of Roger Harry Garst of 204 Briar Ledge Drive, passed away Wednesday, January 02, 2013 at the Cottingham Hospice House.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 P.M. Saturday, January 5, 2013 at Clemson United Methodist Church. Mrs. Garst will be laid to rest in Ohio at a later date
