Walhalla – John Edwin Payne, 91, widower of the late Eula “Mae” Glenn Payne, passed away Tuesday, January 8, 2013.
The family will receive friends from 2-3 PM at Bountyland Baptist Church in Seneca, immediately followed by his funeral at 3 PM.
Burial will follow in Oconee Memorial Park with full military honors by the American Legion.
Family and friends are invited to a reception at the church following the burial.
