James Hallums, 74 of Westminster died Monday. Services will be Sunday at 3 PM at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. Burial in the church cemetery. The body will be placed in the church at 2 pm. Gilbert funeral home is in charge of arrangements.
