Isaac Thomas Barnes, 16 days, of 105B Peach Dr, Walhalla, SC, son of James Barnes and Jessica Smith, died Thursday, September 13, 2012 at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston.
A private funeral service was held at 4:00 PM, on Tuesday, September 17, 2012, at the family cemetery.
The family is at their respective homes.
