And after a West Union speaking appearance, Senator Lindsey Graham told 96.3/WGOG NEWS that the killing of the ambassador and others was a terrorism attack. “It was a planned terrorist attack. It shows you what happened when you lead from behind and take the eye off the ball,” Graham said referring to President Obama’s administration.
