96.3/WGOG NEWS has learned that the prosecution will enter an Anderson courtroom Thursday and request a judge to slap a gag order on all parties involved in the State’s case against James Bartee. According to Deputy Solicitor David Wagner, Thursday’s hearing is planned at 10 a-m in one of the courtrooms at the Anderson County Courthouse.
