Westminster – Douglas “Doug” Charles Qualls, 47, of 5495 West Oak Hwy, passed away Saturday, January 26, 2013 at his residence.
A funeral service will be held 2 PM, Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at Rock Hill Baptist Church.
The body will lie in state one hour prior the service at the church.
Burial will follow in Unity Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Monday, January 28, 2013 at Sandifer Funeral Home.
The family is at the residence.
