The city administrator in Seneca wants the mayor and council to focus on a five-year plan for the city to undertake major projects. Those projects could include a new police station and expanded space for the street department. Because the agenda for Tuesday’s meeting is light, administrator Greg Dietterick is asking the mayor and council to reserve time for a discussion of projects for the future. Department heads will be asked to state their particular needs.
