“Dick” Edmund Richard Heebner, 95, twice married, first to the late Shirley Mae Gaylord Heebner, and second to the late Shirley Weaving Heebner, died Friday, January 4, 2013 at Clemson Downs.
A memorial service will be held at Clemson Downs at a later date.
