Come early Sunday morning, Daylight Saving Time will end meaning the clocks go back an hour and the batteries in those smoke detectors should be replaced. General Electric is encouraging consumers to use this time to remember another important household task — change your home water filter to ensure you’re getting the cleanest water possible. It’s as easy as one, two, three — change the clock, replace the smoke detector batteries and change the water filter.
