At its meeting Monday, Walhalla Rotary Club will hear about the “Darkness to Light” program. The Oconee School District’s Earnestine Williams will discuss the program which empowers people to prevent sexual abuse by educating adults as to the steps they can take to prevent, recognize, and react responsibly to the reality of child sex abuse.
