A 45-year old Clemson man was arrested by SLED agents last week in an investigation, requested by the state Department of Motor Vehicles. A SLED announcement states Milton Garrison Holt was charged with unlawful use of license or fraudulent application for license. The crime is a misdemeanor, punishable by 30 days in jail or a fine of up to $200 dollars.
