Clemson Sunday landed a commitment from highly rated junior infielder Michael Chavis (5-11 185) of Marietta, GA. The Tigers beat out Georgia and Georgia Tech for Chavis who also plays for the famed East Cobb travel team. Chavis has pop in his bat. He hit home runs in five different Perfect Game summer tournaments. Chavis is the fourth commitment for Clemson’s 2014 class.
