Once again, Seneca City Hall is a place that, during regular hours, has opened its lobby as a drop-off spot for Toys for Tots. Mayor Dan Alexander and Mayor Pro-tem Ronnie O’Kelley encourage the public to help them fill up their lobby with toys to go under the trees for some of the local area’s neediest children.
