The state’s case against a 45-year old man is close to being sent to the jury room at Oconee General Sessions Court. Steven Gregory Frost is the defendant in a case that alleges he committed criminal sexual conduct with a minor first degree in October 2011. His accuser, a girl now nine years old, testified as the trial’s first witness. Frost did not testify in his defense.
