Westminster resident Gaylene Carson will speak to the State Organic Growing Conference March 2 near Columbia. Her topic will be, “Diversyfying Your Farm Products.” Carson and her son, Billy, have diversified their farm products to include grass fed goat meat, cage-free eggs, honey, culinary herbs, plants, red wigglers, seasonal fruits and vegetables.
