Car jumps curb and hits building

The police in Seneca say a car driven by an elderly West Union man jumped a curb and hit the building housing the Lung and Sleep Center. Yesterday afternoon’s accident occurred at 125 Professional Park. And, according to Chief John Covington, occurred when the 85-year old driver accidentally accelerated. No one was hurt. Building damage was estimated at about $1,500 and the vehicle at $1 thousand.
