A 38-year old man has been jailed in Oconee County on the charge of attempted murder and four other charges. According to this morning’s booking report, Stockton, California resident Lamarcus Sharen Brawner is charged with attempted murder, kidnapping, burglary, grand larceny, and possession of a weapon during a violent crime. Oconee County Sheriff’s Department last year issued a CrimeStopper alert for Brawner in its investigation of a home invasion/shooting near Salem. At the time, Brawner’s last known address was Anderson.
